Their main target audience are traveling professionals hence the design needs to be practical and clear as the users are most likely on the move. They aim to remove the language barrier by having a mobile app that ‘just works’ intuitively wherever the users are. The client also requires a brand identity that reflects the simplicity.
We sat down with the product owners to identify their aspirations and gather all data from their studies. From there we initiated the user flow and task analysis and continue discussing with the clients. Once the steps are semi-finalised we created a low-fi wireframes to solidify the content and layout involved, before we crafted the UIs.
The app is currently still being developed in both iOS and Android and will be released on the respective app stores soon. The design made it so far into user testing (prototypes) and the feedback received will continue to be the basis for future and on-going iteration cycles.
